    Hi! I would like to know my situation here, I came to USA on January 2002 just to visiting, my aunt have the idea to go to Niagara Falls to visiting, after we there the inmigration told me that I was illegal here I say know because I was on vacation from my univertisy and I just come here for a couples months, they let me go but they took pictures of me, fingers print y they gave me a voluntary deportation paper, they told me I won't loose my visa them a find out that I can not coming any more to USA so I decide to stay. Now, I live we my fiance (he's american, retired for the policing) we have a daugther and another in the way, we waiting for his divorce come true to get married, but I will have a lot of problem when I can start with the process of my papers?
    Please I need help.

    I don't entirely understand your question. I suggest that you consult an immigration lawyer. If you check within your immigration community, you can probably get a referral to an immigration lawyer who is fluent in your native language.
