Need help about Marijuana Possession Misdemeanor

I just wanna know what are the consequences for me... I'm 17 Years old in Michigan... I got locked up before for Malicious Destruction... and my court date for this offense is March 28th or sooner... Any Help is appreciated...



F.Y.I. they didnt find marijuana on me but I was chewing on a stem... (cottonmouth:wallbang: ) Only one cop saw me chewin on the stem... so does that mean that if I go in and say that I wasn't chewing on anything.. that he can't back it up cause no one else saw?

where is that stem now?

Didn't they seize the stem as evidence? If they did and it tests positive for THC, that's possession.
