Can You Get Away With Shoplifting by Wearing a Disguise
My question involves criminal law for the state of: any state
If someone who was caught shoplifting at a store and banned went back in the store wearing a disguise, what is the probability that any facial recognition software will catch them anyways? Like if some were to dress totally differently, wear makeup, a hat, and glasses and style their hair completely differently is it likely that facial recognition software will still catch them?

Why do you think that?

Didn't this already get answered for you?
Is this in reference to you getting busted for returning to a store that you'd previously been banned from? If so, it really doesn't matter. You were recognized and trespassed for it. Whether or not they used facial recognition software.
FYI, facial recognition software operates by mapping the faces topography not by comparing superficial features such as different hair, makeup and glasses. unless you start to apply facial prosthetics which is way more hassle that it's worth, even if you know what you're doing. IT also won't fool all of the various measurements.
I recommend you stop being stupid and just don't go to stores where you shoplifted and were banned. Also, stop shoplifting.

Because you asked the same stupid question in your prior thread and received replies. Yet here you are again.

Go away and spend some quiet time alone - maybe you can figure out why your question is a dumb one.

If you try it, hopefully you won't get away with it.
Re: Can You Get Away With Shoplifting by Wearing a Disguise
Do you REALLY think a legal board is going to provide you with tips on how to shoplift and get away with it?
Of course you were meaning to shoplift again. Don't even imagine we don't know that.
Re: Can You Get Away With Shoplifting by Wearing a Disguise
You seem to think this is the "how do I get a way with breaking the law and get away with it forum." That's not the case. Please go elsewhere.
Re: Can You Get Away With Shoplifting by Wearing a Disguise
I decided to skip my court date. I thought maybe the judge and prosecution would forget about it, since I'm sure they have bigger problems to worry about. Well, a few days later i was driving and was pulled over for being slightly over the speed limit. They got my license, then the cop walked to his car and came back a few minutes later, and told me I was under arrest. A bench warrant had been issued for my arrest. What am I being charged with for this?
