Caught Shoplifting in Florida

I was caught shoplifting in Florida (8$ good). I am 27 years. I know i did the worst thing i can do with my self :(. security guard took me to room,click my pict,noted License,name,adress& Ph num, No cops called,no arrest.
They took my sign on a form where it was written that i did the shoplifting.
They told me that we r going to generate a tresspass notice and iam banned for the whole life to enter store.
I have few questions:
1. will it be crime record?
2. They get my sign on a form where it was written that i did the shoplifting. Can this be used by the cops to issue a trespass warning
3. As of now, 3 days of the scene, I have not recieved any notice. The police can still press charges anytime within the statue of limitation. whats the time limit in case of shop lifting of less than 10$ and no assrest no cops.... only tresspass notice ??
4. Is TressPass notice is a criminal record...Can police issue a trespass notice later if you caught shoplifting but no cops are called on instance
5. What if i recieve a note to pay the store some money from the lawyer of the Store. Even though they did not tell me that i will be recieving any such. Till what time limit, can i expect this,
6. I am from other country and on work Visa here. I am staying in a rental property. If i change my address in coming future or go home back. In that time, if Police dept send me any thing and i am not able to recieve that
will they allow me to come back or issue a arrest warrant.
7. same as #6, if the store demands some civil case Money for redecoration etc. and i am not able to pay because i am not here to recieve... what should be the worst thing....:mad:

The SOL is unknown but it at least a couple years

I am a bit concern abount #7. In case i am going out of the country or changing address, should i and some one to ask the store guys that is any thing pending on this incident??? any civit liability etc...

There are no pending charges you were told that. You real concern should if Civil Demand arrives after you leave. Its likely if your gone long a judgement will be issued on you meanning you will owe much more! It could also effect your reentry into country!

Before leaving, Can i ask my frend to go in store and check in case i am going to get any civil demand...

Why i am asking this is... I dont wana face any trouble while reentry..

Call yourself! They will give you contact info for the company or Law Firm handling the Civil Demand

You should have been given a copy of ban at time of incident

No they did not :(

Well you know your banned you can request one by mail but you will still not be allowed in store.
