You can report any burglary to the police, along with your evidence about who may have been involved. The police will investigate to see if they can make a case.
I worked for landlord as live in ranch hand on the farm for the rescue for 6 years as a paid monthly employee. Landlord just on March 6, 2017 gave me 1 week to get out of the residence and no notice on my employment termination at all so that I could find new work. While I was in court with landlord for eviction hearing, the landlord had instructed the new barn workers to break into the common area of my current residence and told them to take all my tools and claimed them as hers. When I arrived home from court, I went after those who broke in and they stated specifically that the landlord told them to do it and take my stuff. She is claiming them as hers. I would like to prosecute my landlord and the workers who broke in and took my belongings. They were not hers.
Report the incident to the police.
It was reported and police won't do anything. Said it was a common area
Then you will have to sue them.
