Child Custody

I have a client in the state of georgia (44).. married resident along with spouse for 6 years. Neither is actively seeking divorce, however, the husband i splanning an unwanted move out of state (mississippi) in the next two months. Questions... is there a legal precendent concerning relocation relevant to the underage children of the marriage? The husband would like the relocation the mother does not.. Does she have rights in demanding the children stay in Georgia or does she have to file for separation..

If she wishes to prevent the children from being relocated to another state, she should initiate a court proceeding to obtain custody.
