Spraying a Room With a Fire Extinguisher
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida. One night me and my friends thought it would be cool to enter a school. There was no school on this day, it was a weekend. We are all 16 years old. Once we get into the school we start looking around. We start playing some music and just having "fun." We then needed to use the bathroom so we made our way to the bathroom. By the way wee do not go to this school. Outside of the bathroom there was a fire extinguisher, my friend grabbed it and started spraying it in the bathroom. He puts it back and then we leave the school. Four days go by and I get a call from the super intendent asking me for my dad, which he already had his name. He asked me that if I did know him (my dad) to please leave him a message. He described the situation and then I quickly hung up the phone. What could happen to us if they continue to find who we are and call the authorities? What would happen to my friend for firing the fire extinguisher?

You could all be charged with trespassing and vandalism and end up with a juvenile criminal record.

I suggest that you and your friends grow some brains and stop being stupid.

    You should be worried.

The 2016 Florida Statutes, Title XLVI, Chapter 806, Sec. 8601.13, Criminal mischief; penalties; penalty for minor.

"(1)(a) A person commits the offense of criminal mischief if he or she willfully and maliciously injures or damages by any means any real or personal property belonging to another, including, but not limited to, the placement of graffiti thereon or other acts of vandalism thereto." [...]

"(c) If a minor commits a delinquent act prohibited under paragraph (a), the parent or legal guardian of the minor is liable along with the minor for payment of the fine." [...]

"(7)(a) [If] The minor is eligible by reason of age for a driver license or driving privilege, the court shall direct the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to revoke or withhold issuance of the minor’s driver license or driving privilege for not more than 1 year."

How was that a good idea of "fun?" Who in the group suggested "Hey let's go break into that random school over there and f* around?"

You're going to get into trouble as they find out who you are, that's what. You can't just break into places and vandalize them.
