H1b Visa Got Approved but Stamping Not Yet Obtained
My H1B visa got approved from consulate on Nov 2016 . But the employer ( USA) stated the project which they are expected is getting delayed and my entry also be delayed , so I am still in my country.

In such situation can I find an employer in US who is looking for skilled - non immigrants ? What are the formalities to change the current employer ( who filed my H1B petition ) to the new employer ? Is that legal to change employer?

Could you please brief me , how I can proceed on this?

    Thanks in advance

If you find another employer willing to sponsor you for a H1B visa, they may petition for a visa on your behalf.

If you have already been counted against the cap for the visa you already hold, you don't need to be counted a second time.

Hi I have a situation and need clarification.
I work for employer X and got an offer from employer Y and also Z.
Y offered me earlier and started my visa transfer process. Before filing i got an offer from Z also. Now as premium processing is suspended employer Z
will take 4-5 months in processing the transfer. I wanted to tell Y that i want to join Z but cannot as my employment with X is getting over and I have to
join some company. Now my situation is..I am working for X and my visa transfer is approved for Y(premium).
Z is preparing for my visa transfer(not filed yet). I have to join Y in two weeks and i have not told Z about it.
As Z is doing visa transfer based on X employer's I-797 ,will the bridge break if I join Y in two weeks.
I feel X will revoke and petition will not be valid. Is it important to give Z the approved petition of Y or it doesn't matter..
Employer Z may file my visa in ten days.
