How to Get Legal Status After Divorcing Your U.S. Citizen Spouse
An immigrant on a H1B visa married a U.S. citizen, but she decided not to help him petition to become a LPR and they divorced within a year. He is still legally in the U.S. on a H1B visa and has since remarried to another non-citizen who is also legally in the United States. What are his options for getting a Green Card?

He can see if his employer will try to sponsor him for a Green Card through the labor certification process, but that's a long road and requires a willing employer. (His spouse may have similar options, depending upon her status.) His past marriage does not provide him with any immigration benefit.
