    are traffic violations ( speeding or driving on suspended) considered misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor? i want to file motion to remit LFO

    It depends on the exact violation and circumstances. Driving while suspended can be either depending on why your license was suspended.

    Speeding tickets in Washington are considered civil infractions (see RCW 7.80.005).

    Driving while suspended depends on why your license was suspended (see RCW 46.20.342)
