Responsibility For Spouse's Credit Card Debt
Am I liable for credit cards that my spouse has even if I never use or sign them? If he applied for them in his name only am I responsible for them. Can I be considered an authorized user, and I have never signed my name for a purchase or used his cards.

That's a big maybe. It depends on the laws of your state, and possibly also upon what the cards were used to purchase.

His are used mainly for eating out or for gasoline that I never use, one is for the car such as tires, battery etc. He does not purchase or pay for anything in the home. He owes less than five thousand dollars on charges.
