How to Go from Per Diem to Full Time Employment
My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: how do I gett a full time position? I was told after working so many weeks full time I would be eligible. But how many weeks? And do I have to only be filling one time slot? Being on call I work a lot and at different times of the day. Does it matter? I just want to be full time.

What does your boss/employer say to this question? We have no idea in the world from the information you've posted how long it will take you to get hired fulltime. Maybe the best way to get hired full time is to keep applying at other positions/companies for a full time position.
Re: Per Diem to Full Time
This is entirely between you and your employer. There is no law, anywhere in the United States, that says you EVER have to be made full time after being per diem, let alone after any particular number of weeks.Nor does any law address when and where you work. You get to be full time when your boss says you do. As long as you are paid correctly the law doesn't give a hoot.
