Arrears

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Texas
I had my first meeting with child support on Friday with the non custodial parent. He was upset when he found out he was going to pay 300 more than expected for child support and once it came down to the arrears he actually answered for me and then I answered and forgave them due to him being that upset but now I want to take that arrears and put it in a college trust fund for our child. Is there any way I can I unforgive he arrears?

You can talk to the child support people about it but I think its probably a done deal.
