    Abandoned By Immigrant Wife
i am posting under my ex-wife's name margarita as i am a male natural born citizen now living in Chicago. i met the fair margarita at a friend's nye party leading into 2002. we started dating right away and after five months of serious dating, margarita became pregnant. she did not at that time have a green card or legal status in the US. she ran her mother's jewelry store as she only had a "for student use only" social security card. I feared difficulty with any hospital she might attend and the possibility of her deportation and thus we were married in June of 2002. we were turned away by one agency in attempts to get her citizenship as she has claimed her passport lost on several occasions to re-enter the US, but we did find one that did accept her but didn't get any further than the application. I traveled for work when i met her and i had to return to traveling a year after our son was born. i had provided an apartment and furnishings in the city of chicago during that time. On June 6 of 2004, i left for Florida for four days and returned to an empty apartment. Two days later the cops came and told me an emergency order of protection had been ordered against me and that i need to leave the EMPTY apartment. She claimed emotional abuse and said i was a terrible person that she never wanted to be with from the beginning. she dropped the order immediately in the hallway of the courthouse that day and from there we proceeded to the divorce. I was unable to attend the hearing as i traveled for work. I made several attempts to contact her lawyer but they went unnoticed and therefore she was granted full custody of our son in the divorce. I have later learned that this is all part of a typical scam in the illegal immigrant community. i have recently been contacted by one of her co-workers telling me that she is up to the same thing with another man at her job and not really caring for my son which is evident in his mannerisms. she claims to have achieved a green card through a lottery. is this possible? i really only want my son back. i am not interested in having her deported but am not against it at this time. Can someone point me in some direction?? i called the fbi...the cia...the ice...immigration...they all knew the story before i finished telling it and they all laughed...ha ha...

i don't know if i need to put this here but u can find me at jinxed2126@yahoo.com

    thanks

The right direction for what? You say you have reported her actions to various government agencies. They, not you, decide what to do in response - and you say you don't care what they do. She's part of your past now, so move on.

I want custody of my son!!...and u can't tell me from what i wrote that she's not in violation of something here...and if u just tell me to "get a lawyer and go to court" i will absolutely lose it here...no one seems to care or wants to help... she's an illegal alien...working at a bank...with full custody of my son...

    Isn't "gringo" a racist term?

That's the best advice we can give!
