Florida sexual offense

well i found some information but if i am 18 i am considered a adult and if she is 17 she isnt.are there age diffrence laws in florida?

i already looked up Lewd or lascivious offenses committed upon or in the presence of persons less than 16 years of age.
I also looked up sexual battery which is like rape and if they are under 16 then your word or theres has nothing in court so after 16 they can say its not rape.
Everything i find is less than 16.
I cant find anything that is over 16 years of age...

does anyone kno the age diffrence law in florida

The age of sexual consent is 16 for adults who are under 24 years of age,
or if the adult that is 24 years of age or older is married to the minor.

he is right . if you are less than or equal to 24 it is legal to be with somebody 16+ if you are (24<X) X=you. it is illegal and find somebody 18+
