Local Law Enforcement Violates Constitution
My question involves civil rights in the State of: FloridaTraffic ticket about auto tag Public law 90-284 April 11, 1968, 82 Stat. Constitution does give a legal ground for local sheriff deput to write Tickets on non-commercial not for Hire Vehicles. It is clearly written in U.S. Constitution Fourth Amendment on Vehicle Regulation. It is ambiguous and missing from opinion reqarding private vehicles that are household goods. SUPREME COURT RULED ON TRAFFIC STOPS.

Duplicate post. You need to confine your discussion to a single thread. Your other thread has already been responded to. What you are posting appears to be standard issue sovereign citizen/freemen drivel that does not work in court. There is nothing in the Fourth Amendment regarding vehicle regulations and courts have repeatedly shot this crap down.
