Which method is better?

I saw a lot of cases in this forums,

Why sb.gets on diversion to theft awareness class and sb. must be negotiate with the prosecutor for get the dismissal immediately in the first court day?

Are these two procedures decided by what?Which one is better for one case?

Can you rephrase that question more clearly, please, and identify your state?

I means if sb. Want to negotiate with the prosecutor for get the dismissal or plea not guilty, but his attorney advise him on diversion to theft classes, if he agree to the theft classes, does it means he acknowledge the guilty, is it the best result for him?

Maybe you could try to explain without using 'sb' so we know what you're talking about.....also what state do you live in?

Your still making little sense. If your asking is diversion better in most cases yes because it helps you avoid a conviction on your record. However without knowing the details of your case or if its 1st offense second or what no one can say. These are questions you should ask your Attorney.

Hope you can express yourself better in court.
