    Local Law Enforcement Violates Constitution
My question involves civil rights in the State of:Florida

    A traffic ticket auto tag

Why does the Constitution say common- commercial-carriers For Hire but local law enforcers write tickets against non commercial Not For Hire Vehicles, private household property?

To add insult to injury then use identity theft with my credentials like date of birth and name and mis-identification. Does Public law matter this would be my protections of my right Public law 90-284 April 11, 1968.

Can some assist me with discharge?

Could you repeat that in English? Which Constitution are you talking about Florida or the US? There's nothing in the US Constitution that says the states can't regulate non-commercial vehicles, the US Constitution says that INTERSTATE COMMERCE is a federal issue but it also leaves anything not specifically listed as a federal perrogative nor outright barred, to the individual states.

You've lost me on the Civil Rights and Identity Theft issues. What are you talking about?

Rather than inventing bogus constitutional issues which almost certainly don't exist, why don't you explain just how you were stopped and what you are charged with?

Re: Local Law Enforcement Violates Constitution
The U.S. Constitution says no such thing. This tells me that you have never read the Constitution. Take some time to actually read it. The organizations and web sites that claim that the state may not regulate non commercial vehicles are simply wrong. They reach their conclusions by badly misinterpreting the law. It is very clear from the appellate court decisions that the argument that the state may only regulate commerical vehicles is wrong, yet those groups ignore that and continue to spout their misinterpretations of the law and try to convince other folks, like you, to buy into it. You will not get the traffic ticket or ticket for failure to have a license/tags dismissed on an argument that the Constitution prohibits regulation of noncommercial traffic. Public Law 90-984 does not help you. That law is the Civil Rights Act of 1968, and it does not address vehicles and traffic whatsoever. Read it and you will see that for yourself. The Civil Rights Act of 1968 comprises two significant laws: The Indian Civil Rights Act, which makes most of the Bill of Rights applicable to Indian tribes, and the Fair Housing Act, which prohibits certain forms of discrimination in housing. Neither of those laws has anything even remotely to do with regulating vehicles and traffic.

Hey, I beat him by almost a week!

But this has been dealt with before, complete with the rebuttal of the sovereign citizen's supposed "case law" here: https://www.expertlaw.com/forums/sho...=161210&page=3

Sorry Ron, should have given you props as well. I'm just in awe of the amount of detail that Taxing puts into responses to these folks, not that they ever listen.

Yes, we have beaten this particular horse to death multiple times.
