Can a Juvenile on Probation Move Out at Age 18
A young person in Oregon is about to turn 18 and wants to move out. However, he is on probation and the order of probation requires that he reside with his mother. Can he move out of his mother's home when he turns 18?

If his probation requires that he live with his mother, reaching the age of 18 does not change that requirement. He will be able to move when he is discharged from probation, or if he gets the requirement to live with his mother lifted by the probation department or court.
