The SCRAM bracelet should not be triggered by exposure to environmental alcohol, including any minute traces of alcohol that might be found in the mouth of a kissing partner (or the trace amount of alcohol that comes from fresh bread, premium ice cream, and the like). If you're transferring alcohol by mouth in sufficient quantity to cause the bracelet to register a blood alcohol level, you can expect that the probation officer will be skeptical of the idea that you were merely kissing as opposed to transferring alcohol by mouth.
