Can Self-Employed Business Owners Collect Unemployment
If a business owner is working for his own business, but it is failing and unable to pay him a decent wage, can he shut down the business and collect unemployment, in Virginia?

If the business owner is an actual employee of the business, and has been paying unemployment insurance premiums, then he might qualify.
