Being Drunk and Naked Around a Minor
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Illinois, if this 22 year old was so drunk and me being 17, and he went to go get in shower came out of shower wrapped in towel and passed out on ground and i covered him with blanket. he cant get in trouble for that right.

If he passed out naked and drunk in a public place he could get in trouble for that — indecent exposure and/or public intoxication. But if that happened inside his home or the home of a friend then he would not have any legal problems from that.

Post history.
There's a lot more to this troll's story than what's in this thread.
Re: Being Drunk and Naked Around a Minor
The only way i can see this person being real is if it is the 22 year old asking questions as if they are the 17 year old.

I saw the other thread. It does not change my answer. And while you may suspect that this person is a troll, she could simply be a teen. Teens are strange animals, as anyone who has spent much time around them can attest. :D They can focus on and worry about things that adults would deem silly or trivial. So I choose not to make the troll assumption absent clear troll behavior, and that line hasn’t been crossed yet.

Again 17 is the age of consent in Illinois. He didn't attack you. He didn't expose himself to you. So no he can't get into trouble unless you make up a story that he did expose himself to you or your parents do.
Stop hanging around drunk older men. If you are in fact a real person. You sound very trollish.
Where are your parents? How do you keep going out with this 22 year old man at 17?
