Assault with Grevious Bodily Harm Charges from a Party

hey im a 16 year old male, just started my apprenticeship working for 8 months. went to a party (my ex girl friends) twards the end of the night someone had kicked in some speakers, and her dad wanted everyone to leave. me being a big 16yr old he asked me to help him get people out, lots of people had gate crashed and it was getting out of control. when i got to the front i seen a large male (196cm tall) i know the size exacly cause iv read a statment about it from the police, he was holding my mate by the shirt so i puched him he pushed me back and i threw a half drank can in my hand and hit him in the left eye causing a breack in his cheek and causeing miled permenant damage. i was extremly drunk at the time and seriously regret doing it.. im being charged with greivous bodily harm, what will the punishment be? the boy was 18 years of age

his mate (also 18) had knocked out 2 people after this inccedent. then he confronted me punching me in the head then grabing me, and punched me multiple times in the head i then wrestled him to the ground and my mate got him off me . he was on the floor after this, i ran over to him and kicked him in the head several times. can this be classed as self defence he is pressing charges on me, assault.. if i say all this in court will i get off? he attacked me 1st
