Are Custody Rights Affected by Moving Out of State
My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Wyoming and colorado. If divorce has not been filed, ex wife is pregnant with another man and living with that man, and I move to Colorado to find work, do I give up my parental rights? Can they mom keep the kids from me? Do I have legal right to go pick my kids up for the holiday after their mom changed her mind on previous plans?

No, you don't give up your parental rights by moving. Without a court order Mom can't keep the children from you ... but she also doesn't have to hand them over to you either. The same applies both ways.

You should think about filing for divorce and obtaining at least a temporary custody order while the divorce is going on (and you'll probably need to disestablish paternity of the child she's pregnant with now, also).

Ditto what she said. You really need to file for divorce and a temporary custody order if you want enforceable parenting time...PARTICULARLY if you move out of state.
