Will Judges Make Exceptions to Emancipation Laws for Minors Who Don't Qualify
My question involves juvenile law in the State of: North Carolina

I am trying to search for assistance involving my issues and me seeking emancipation. However, I am a year younger than what is required for my state.
I'm hoping that in my situation, a judge might make an acception.

I suffer from a horrid family. I have major lack of support from my family. I am borderline neglected. I am up in my room all day, completely left to my own devices and nobody seems to care.
My family life is not ideal. I suffer from a mother who is legally my sister and doesn't give a damn.(adopted by grandparents), a grandmother who is falling apart bit by bit, and a grandfather who is pushing himself closer and closer to death.
My grandparents are physically unfit parents. They struggle every day with their health issues and usually can never make take for me because of it.

I have done extensive research on this. So I know what to bring to the court.

I have income from selling graphic art and paintings. (Up to $1,500 a month), and a job at a spa.
I go to online schooling, so balancing work and school with be no issue at all.
I also have living arrangements set up.

My grandparents are extremely unsupportive of the relationship I am in, to where it gets to the point to where they become extremely emotionally abusive.
My grandparents are extremely hypocritical and controlling. (IE: They tell me I need to have more friends and deny me when I want to hang out with with. Tell me I need to go outside more, and deny me when I want to go outside)
I get emotionally abused if my grades aren't completely stellar
I recieve little to no attention
They refuse me going on a vegetarian diet for my own health.
Have delayed surgeries I need, etc.
My mother & grandfather are alcoholics
My mothercan barely support the two children she has
They force me into a religion

With the money I'm making, and the arrangements I have set up, I will be able to fully support myself.
Is there in any way that I'd be able to petition for this early?
I cannot wait another year. Staying in this household is having extensive emotional and physical effects on me.

The judge won't make an exception. The judge is obligated to follow the governing statutes, NCGS Sec. 7B-3500 et seq.

Even in another year it is going to be incredibly unlikely. Emancipation is not a means to get out of a bad situation.

If you don't qualify, you won't be emancipated. Judges not only do not and will not but may not, make exceptions for you.
