You're asking the wrong person. The only one that can answer that is the agency that issued the warrant.
Re: Extradition from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia
Extradite? There's no need to extradite. Both cities being in PA, all
tbey have to do is toss his butt in a car and drive him to Philly.
Re: Extradition from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia
Yep, it's a matter as to whether the department with the warrant wants to go on a four hour (or whatever) road trip to go get him. I've seen them travel interstate.

Its a ride! they are on opposite sides of the state. About 310 miles, four and a half to five hour drive each way!

But there are no extradition procedures needed and that is the question asked. He is in state so it's a simple matter of transporting him.
Maybe PA has a con-ex delivery service that handles transports. Some states do.

Nope, they don't. As I said, someone who wants the prisoner has to make a road trip. However, usually they can find someone in the department who'll go on the department's expense to go get him.

I find this to be interesting. Why is it a technical violation rather than an actual violation? Violations are rather binary. Either you did or didn't. While I can see, perhaps, a scale as to severity, in order to make use of that scale you have to have the actual violation.
As mentioned here, I've also seen departments travel intra and interstate in order to get someone they wanted. I guess you won't know until they come a lookin'.
