Accidentally Entering an ITIN on Immigration Forms
What should you do if you're petitioning to adjust your status based on marriage and, when completing your I-130, G-325A and I-485, accidentally put your ITIN in the space for a Social Security Number? The immigrant does not have a SSN.

The USCIS will likely figure out the mistake all by itself and, if it does not, it will send you a RFE and you can explain the error at that time. It's not a big deal.
