How to Get Emancipated if Your Parents Won't Let You Work

What if you want to get emancipated but your parents wont let you have a job

You mean, in order to meet a requirement that you prove a present ability to legally support yourself in order to qualify for emancipation? It means that you don't get emancipated.

You need to indicate what state you are in, but you seem to misunderstand what emancipation is all about.

Then you don't get what you want. You either meet the requirements to be emancipated or you don't get emancipated. It really is that simple.

Emancipation is not a right.

It takes more than a teenager wanting to work for a parent to think they can do it. Do you do what your parents and teachers tell you, even when you don't want to, with a good attitide and no back talk ? Are you on time to your classes and other places ? Does someone have to constantly tell you what you need to do ? Are your school grades good and strong? Have you had any disciplinary problems at school ? Can you turn your phone off for hours at a time and not look at it ?
