My question involves criminal law for the state of: Arkansas, I was hit in the face by my daughter in law 15 year old sister outside in my front yard..i didn't know this girl because I don't be around my daughter in law our relationship is shaky...after she sucker punched me my reflexes took over and I grabbed her hair to defend myself...we were both pulled apart from each other..i made a police report but didn't proceed any further as long as I never saw them again..this happed in September 2016. In the beginning of the month of November I was picked up at work by two police saying that I had a warrant for my arrest because I pulled this girls hair and scratched her neck...but I was the real victim..what can I do about this I have never been in trouble with the law..she has been kicked out of alternative school for fighting. Have to go back to court in February 2017
