Probation Transfer With a Warrant in the Other State
I currently live in florida and I'm on probation for 5 years and I'm contemplating transfering my probation to my home state of Minnesota but I have a misdemeanor probation violation warrant there and I'm trying to figure out if transfering my probation there will violate me or if they could somehow dismiss the warrant due to me now being on felony probation or if that will violate me

Yeah, Minnesota isn't likely to pick up a transfer for someone who has already absconded from them. I guess they might so they can arrest you on the existing warrant and then punt you back to Florida when you get out of jail in Minnesota so Florida can then violate you.

I'm kind of surprised Florida gave you probation with your history of absconding.

couldn't I work out some sort of deal with the courts, I should've explained the situation better but basically I told the judge I had no way to complete probation in mn due to being homeless and they said well it's either that or go to trial and I explained that I had to move to florida and tried to see if I could transfer it down here but they told me I had to take it up with probation which I wouldn't meet for another couple months so I ended up in florida and got in trouble and now I want to go back because I have a housing situation figured out

That's still not the entire story. So you just "ended up" in Florida? Did an alien ship abduct you and then drop you off there? If not then you willingly went there and knowingly violated your probation in Minnesota.

Why couldn't you meet with your PO for a couple months?

I really highly doubt the court will work out anything you but I have seen stranger things in the probation system with my ex. free9man's scenario seems the most likely.

I used the last of my money to buy a ticket to florida because that's the only way I'd have a home. I was sleeping at a transit station and I explained that to the judge and they simply told me it's either probation or trial because I'm not giving you jail time for this.

I'm trying to get an opinion from an actual lawyer though
