Re: what are all the rights?
the situation is state specific but generally you do no have the rights of an 18 year old until you are 18 years old or a court order emancipates you, which you obviously have not done.
Even when a minor is emancipated, the generally do not enjoy all the rights fo an 18 year old but are allowed to enter contracts and control their own life while the parents are relieved of any responsibiity for the person.
Statutes such as buying and consuming alcohol are typically still restricted by actual age.
If you were emancipated, you would be able to rent an apartment, buy a cell phone and get a credit card and be held responsible for them. Take note though, this does not mean those who issue those will willingly deal with you still. It just means that if they do, you can be held legally responsible for the contract.
After I entered this post, I realized it is under the "Ohio emancipation" topic. Ohio does not have a court proceeding for the emancipation of a minor so you are quite simply put, a kid until you are not one anymore.
No adult legal rights for you.
