Seeking Child Support Without Revealing a DNA Test
A mother has established legal paternity with her boyfriend, but she did a DNA test with another man and that test showed him to be the father. She claims that she does not trust the test result and she wants to seek child support from her boyfriend. Can she actually get through child support proceedings without disclosing the DNA test or having the boyfriend find out about what I suspect to be his nonpaternity?

Is it possible? Yes, it's possible.
In my opinion, it's sensible for any unmarried person to seek paternity testing before signing an acknowledgment of paternity. Once the parents execute the AOP, paternity is legally established and they should expect that a court won't revisit the matter unless it is explicitly raised by a party, and even then often subject to strict time limits.
