does anyone know about somethin similar to deferred judification involving shoplifting. I was told that depending on your judge that is a possibility that there is something like that which would be similar to what you do for a speeding ticket. but then the police told me it could likely go on my criminal record (I was stupid and took something for $10) I am willing to do anything to ensure this is not on my record and desperately need help!
