Re: Can I Sue a Car Owner for a Car I Towed and Auctioned Off
He doesn't understand much of anything, including the fact that his insistence that this is reasonably a $5 car means that he was supposed to simply take title of the vehicle, and that if he chose to spend (or chooses to lie about spending) tons of money getting the car ready for sale, that's entirely his own problem. Even though it has already been explained to him.
The LVMPD should do better than to have scammers like "Fast Towing" on their list of approved towing companies. Funny, how he tried to shame the car owner while hiding his own name then, oops, left it on one of the documents.

Oh that is just too funny. Maybe somebody should call the licensing department and let them know what one of their tow company licensees is up to.

He posted a bunch of documents last night as well as the guy's personal email.
I flagged the post and told him to take it down.
A real upstanding pillar of the community isn't he?

You have to work hard to get a 1.1 star rating on Google, when you can't score lower than 1.

His Yelp reviews aren't much better. He aims to displease...
