    Taking a Job During Vacation
If you believe your employer would object, you may wish to obtain permission. If you are an at-will employee, as long as they don't discriminate, they can terminate you without cause.

    Aaron thanks for the info.
But i am sure that my current employer won't allow me to do that. And i believe i am not in contract period and i can come out of current job any time. I am curious to know that, without knowing to my current employer can i take up another job or not as i am using my paid vacation as non working hours. doing so is againest the law?

    Taking Second Job
Unless you are working in some sort of job, such as a military or certain government positions, where working an outside job is unlawful and subject to criminal penalty, you can take a second job. But if your employer finds out about it and fires you, you probably have no remedy.
