Drug tests mistaking other drugs for opioids
can nyquil and sudafed be mistaken in drug tests as opioids? also, if it is an opioid, can a drug test tell specifically what kind of opioid is in your system? (can it tell the difference between nyquil and a pain pill?)

    No.

It depends on the test. Standard tests tend to look for classes of drug, not specific formulations.

Yes, because they are different classes of drug.
