Open Container Laws: Charged With Open Intoxicants for Somebody Else's Beer Can

My question involves criminal law for the state of: San antonio tx. I had 6 cops on bikes approached me and two other homeless while I was waiting for the bus. The two other homeless where drinking beer. I had met them in the past at a church. Sometimes I give them money. I am a Christian. We were talking about some homeless who have died while on the street from being stabbed. The streets are not safe. When the cops arrived the first thing the cop that gave me a ticket told me was saying full of hate im going to get you. Ya.. Ya.. you im going to get you. I’m going to get you all violent like. I was trying to tell the cop I’m waiting for the bus and I’m just talking to my friends.. He kept on asking me where I live and do I live at haven a homeless shelter he clearly was full of hate over. I din’t tell him anything because its none of his business. I then noticed a camera on his shirt so I told him you get a camera and I’m not worried. He just kept saying I’m going to get you. His buddy then seen a beer underneath the bench and scooted it over to me with a baton and said that’s his beer and that’s his beer and this one is your one two three beers so this one must be yours... The truth is at every bus bench theirs piles of beer cans everywhere. Their all over the streets also. These thug crooked cops set me up. And told told them your setting me up im innocent.. I was very upset.. I got up and left the area.. The cops passed me said you be safe now… And I screamed im innocent… They didn’t care to even look back.. I was really upset… Can a cop scoot a beer over to me full of hate after he said I’m going to get you and give me a ticket? Will it hold in court? Its all on their cameras… Don’t I have to have it in my hand? Don,t have to test me for alcohol? It’s well known cops go around give fake tickets in san Antonio, Its all over the news.. One guy got 1000 tickets.. Thanks…
