Can a Parent Make You Move Out of the House After Divorce

My question involves real estate located in the State of: North Carolina

My mom and dad has their name on the house they bought when they were married . They are now divorced some time later and my mom is trying to put me out (dad no longer lives here but house and lights are still in his name). If my dads name is on the house and he says no to her trying to make me leave , legally do I have to go ?

If your mother was awarded the house in the divorce, then its her house even if your dad's name still happens to be on it. If you are a legal adult, she can certainly make you leave eventually. You may end up with an eviction on your record, but she can eventually make you leave.

Oh no she didn't get the house in like a divorce settlement , they just signed papers to desperate they never had the house legally given over to either party. My dad just left . His name is still on it he still has maul and utilities in his name here.

First of all you don't know me well enough to make assumptions. She doesn't have a job IM the one paying the house payments and utilities every month .
