Extension of One Year After Filing for Removal of Conditions in a I-751 Form
hi,The same thing happened to me. I filed I-751 petition to remove my 2 year conditional resident status that expires on Nov 26 2016 i mailed it on the 30th of august and today recieved a one year extension of the conditional status. What does this mean? Does the USCIS have doubt about my marriage? The notice didn't provide any other info except for notifing me that I'll receive an ASC appointment for my biometric appointment. and also does that mean i will have to wait 1 more year to get a permanent green card? please help thanks.

Nope, such is automatically issued these days when you file the I-751. It just keeps you in status while they're processing the paperwork and bringing you in for the biometrics.
    Nothing to worry about yet.
