My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: San Diego,Calif. Can a person get information from records kept about the number of collisions at a perticuler intersection and were would one go to to get this information?Thanks for any reply.

If you knew what agency kept track of such records, you could request them under the California Public Records Act.
What makes you think the accident history has any bearing on your traffic ticket? Note they are only required to pass over existing records, not to compile such for you.
