Using Somebody Else's Driver's License as a Fake ID
My question involves criminal law for the state of: New Hampshire

I used someones else's ID to get into a bar and was charged with Driver's License Prohibition as a class b misdemeanor. I was wondering what I should expect as a punishment/fine and advice about what to do. Also will this affect my future at all? I am 20 years old. thank you

Get yourself a lawyer and don't speak to the police without one present.

For a class B misdemeanor offense you may be punished by a fine and may be sentenced to a period of probation but you will not face any jail or prison time. It is still a criminal offense, though a minor one, and might have some impact on getting hired for jobs or whatever. If you are not a citizen it might have immigration consequences for you.
