Google is your friend.
Don't break the law while homeless, and all will be fine. To look up the multitude of laws that apply to EVERYONE (including the homeless), Google state statues and the local municipal code.
Homeless is not a crime. Actions taken by the homeless can be.
I cant seem to find them I found some while typing the municipal code such as only 3 cubic feet of space are allowed and only staying in certain places from 10 pm to 7 am but the ordinances I cannot find and I typed in ordinances and it showed nothing in regards to homeless and things that are legal or illegal maybe should I call the local police department? thanks
Many things are legal and illegal for all of us so I'm not sure what you are looking for or why.
Maybe if you explained the why, it would help.
Meantime, here is a link to the Tucson City Code. See Part II Chapter 11 Crimes and Offenses. There is probably stuff in there about vagrancy and loitering.
