If you are in a state that has legalized marijuana, and you buy some marijuana products and send them to a state in which they're still illegal, can you be charged with a crime?
Yes. Depending upon the laws of the state in which the purchase was made, it may be a violation of state law to convey your purchases to somebody else. It is a violation of federal law to send controlled substances across state lines -- that's a federal drug trafficking offense. It's also going to be a violation of the drug trafficking laws of the state in which the marijuana products are received.
Just don't do it.
