Bankruptcy for Bills That are Not in Your Name
My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: Arkansas
I meet the means test income but I live with a friend all the bills are in her name I pay half I was told they have to be in my name so do I still have to put her on my means test scince no bills are in my name?
Re: Bankruptcy for Bills That are Not in Your Name
If you mean that you have an agreement with a roommate that you will divide certain bills, all of which are in your roommate's name, then your roommate is your creditor in relation to those bills.
