Entering on a L1 Visa With a Dismissed Theft Charge
If a L1 visa holder is arrested for theft, but the charge is dismissed at the first hearing, is that going to affect her ability to re-enter the U.S. at a later date?

Probably not -- but any criminal activity can create issues and problems.

If the dismissal was due to a determination of innocence, she should obtain certified court documents to certify that fact and have them available when she enters the U.S. -- she should not offer them unless it is raised, but proof of innocence should be helpful if the question is raised and the record is not otherwise clear.
