Can a Registered Car be Towed for Not Having a Current Sticker
My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Nevada

So I live in an apartment complex. I'm 18, my car is current on registration. I had it renewed not too long ago, the problem is, is that I did not put the sticker on my car. They gave me a warning yesterday, so I grabbed the sticker and paperwork and I was in a rush so I put it in my car and I was going to put the sticker on later.

When I got home, I forgot. I was so tired from work and went straight to sleep. I woke up this morning and my car was gone... Towed for expired registration. How ironic that the paperwork is inside the car they towed.

Before I get hate, I DO understand that it is completely my fault and responsibility for not having my sticker on my license plate. Can I dispute this in any way? Thanks

Re: Registration Current but No Sticker
You can dispute it all you want but you won't win. The owner or lawful possessor of the property on which you parked is free to tow you. In fact, the warning you were given was all the notice tbey needed to have given you. Otherwise a sign would have sufficed.

Go rescue your car today and pay up.

The longer you wait the more storage fees you will pay.
