Immigration Options for a Spouse Who Has Been Deported
I live in Colorado and recently married my boyfriend of 2 years. We are expecting our first child in December and wanted to know if it's possible to get his residency...since he has been deported twice. First time was due to missing an immigration appt. with the judge so she posted an order of deportation and the second time was when he was trying to re-enter.

He is subject to a life-time ban.

Even with the best attorney in the world, I don't rate his chances. By all means consult with a few immigration attorneys but you may be best served finding a way to move to his country.
