So I've been married to this woman for roughly 12 years. I have a house and 2 children. Recently we've been having marital problems. For the most part she seems disinterested and distant. She's not cheating on me or anything, just that she dosen't seem committed to the marriage.... I'm kind of pissed now, because I'm thinking our marriage has pretty much been based on [lies].
Have you report it to USCIS? Could you tell me your experiece to solve this issue? The following is my case:
My husband and I met on the internet around Oct 2014, then I submitted EB-1A for green card on Nov 2014, My EB-1A was approved on March 2015. And we are married on March 30 2015 and, after five days, he followed me to submit his 485 form and got his green card approved on Feb 2016. After we got married, he refused me to visit him, refused me to move his place, refused to have sex with me, refuse to buy wedding band, refused to see each others’ parents. Three months after his green card approved, he filed a complaint for divorce. In the complaint for divorce, he wrote he separated with me on March 30 2015(same day as we got married) and thought this separation is permanent. During the entire green card application, he only visited me once and refused to have sex with me.

You actually may be able to do something - but the person who originally posted has a completely different situation.
You should speak with an attorney.

Understand the differences between "annulment" and "divorce" to be prepared for your meetings with both immigration and family law attorneys. Be sure to take all of your immigration and divorce paperwork with you.
