Seeking Marriage-Based Immigration After an Overstay
    Hello
SomehowI can't choose a topic for my post so I will try it this way
Me and my husband about to fill out the i-130 petition and the question 16 is kinda confusing to us

    So my story is:
I had an 4 great overstay in 2012 because I had a delay in Atlanta
In 2014 I wanted to go back to the states for vacation and to see my now ex fiance
Well at the airport in Detroit they stopped me because of the overstay , costume staff went through my phone and seen that me and my ex talked about getting married in the future ( I explained it's in the future not on this trip) well they send me back to Germany with the next flight and told me the only way to enter back to the states will be a work visa or with a green card
So my ex and I ended up separating because of some things that happened 7 month later I met my now husband, we have a son together and got married after his birth in November 2015 right now he received his ordered that we will be stationed back to the states in may 2017 and we want to sign up for my Greencard now
Question 16 asked it I have been in a immigranton proceeding
    Answer yes or no
    If yes -removal/- exclusion,deportation/-rescission/ - judicial proceedings
My question is what do I answer right right there and how should we go about all tha
