CPS Investigation Following a Suicide Attempt, Illicit Drug Use
My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of Georgia: recently I attempted suicide by taking pills and using cocaine to the point of overdose. I honestly wasn't trying to die but more for a cry for help. My ex husband called dfcs and told them about it all. They are going to access my medical records and I did go to hospital seeking mental health help. The drug panel taken at hospital will show cocaine. Also dfcs ordered a drug test I passed urine but I will prob fail hair. When they were at the home I told them that I was depressed but would never put my child in harms way. I left her with my mother during this whole thing. I lied to dfcs about cocaine and don't know what to do now. Please someone give me some advice.

This goes way beyond the scope of an Internet forum; you need an attorney and you need one now.
If you have custody, you should expect Dad to fight hard to change that.
If you don't, you should expect Dad to go to court and try to restrict your visitation.
